Making a Difference in Our Community

Community means more to us than a geographical area. Our donors give to Community Health Charities because someone among their community of friends, co-workers or relatives is affected by a health crisis. Each of us can help because by donating through each paycheck - you help save lives in your community.

Payroll deduction allows you to give to the specific health charity of your choice through Community Health Charities. If you have a child with diabetes, you can designate your deduction goes to organizations that support diabetes research. If you have a parent with Alzheimer’s disease, your earmarked contribution can help find a cure. If a friend has severe disabilities, you can donate to an organization that provides rehabilitative or job-training services. Community Health Charities is an effective way for you to work for a healthy America.

$10 per pay period, the price of a movie and popcorn, provides a lightweight wheelchair to a person who is physically challenged. A donation of $50, about the cost of 4 CDs, will send a child with epilepsy to summer camp for one day.
